Minoo’s Date Liquid Sugar is a refined syrup with its solvents removed. It is a mixture of sugars, namely glucose and fructose, with a concentration of 71 to 74 degrees Brix and a transparent, light-yellow color.

Produced with no additives and preservatives, this natural, concentrated liquid sugar is excellent for breakfast, sweetening hot beverages, preparing drinks, baked goods, etc.

Date liquid sugar has a high percentage of fructose and very low sucrose. This product is perfect for home, workplace, school, and even during trips (especially in sachets), and retains its nutritious values when mixed in hot beverages.

In addition to having contains natural sugar, Minoo’s Date Liquid Sugar is also rich in minerals and vitamins. In other words, by introducing (the right amount of) this product to your diet, you will need to take fewer multivitamins.

Note: Consumers should keep in mind that date honey’s crystallization is a sign of its high purity. If this happens, the product will return to its original state at a temperature of 40 to 50 degrees Celsius. By storing in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight (refrigeration is not necessary), it will last for at least 12 months.
