Hikayemiz

“Minoo”, pazarda “ilkleri” tanıtmada öncüdür. İlk peynir puf (İran’da yaygın olarak Pofak olarak bilinir) ülkeye Minoo’nun kurucusu Ali Khosrowshahi tarafından tanıtıldı. Aynı şey ilk gofret için de geçerli. Pofak Namaki (tuzlu peynirli puflar) Tord-e Namaki (tuzlu krakerler), Chic Gum, Saghe Talaie (tatlı yemek bisküvileri) gibi Minoo’nun unutulmaz ürünlerinin tadı. herhangi bir zaman veya sınıfla sınırlı değildir.

During the expansion of MinooSanayi Grubu, sağlık ve sağlık odaklı ürünlerin artan önemi nedeniyle, toplumun ilerlemesi ve şeker (sakaroz) kullanımı konusundaki hassasiyetine uygun olarak, doğal şekerli (fruktozlu meyve şekeri) ve şekersiz ürünler üreten ürünler de Minoo Industrial Group’un misyonunda yer almıştır.

Bu bağlamda “Minoo Fars Gıda Sanayi” 2016 yılında hurmadan elde edilen doğal ürünler üretmek amacıyla tescil edilmiş ve 2019 yılında faaliyete geçmiştir. Hurma sıvı şekeri, hurma şurubu, hurma ezmesi, sıvı hurma şekeri bazlı şerbet, hurma bal, hurma balzamik sirke, hurma sirkesi, hurma tozu, hurma şurubu ile tahin, dut şurubu ve birinci sınıf hurma grubumuzun başlıca ürünleridir.

Fabrikamızda hurma ürünlerinin imalatı için kullanılan ekipmanlar modern ve günceldir. Sonuç olarak, geleneksel atölyelerde yapılan seçeneklerden oldukça farklı olan ürünler. “Minoo Fars Food Industries” ürünleri hiçbir katkı maddesi içermeyen doğaldır. 1390’lı yılların başında SH, atıştırmalıklar (peynirli puflar) ve patlamış mısır üretim hatları çalışmaya başladı ve bu popüler atıştırmalıklar da şirketin ürün portföyüne eklendi.

Our Story

“Minoo” is a pioneer in introducing “firsts” in the market. The first cheese puff (widely known as Pofak in Iran) was introduced to the country by Minoo’s founder, Ali Khosrowshahi. The same goes for the first wafer. The taste of Minoo’s memorable products such as Pofak Namaki (salty cheese puffs) Tord-e Namaki (salty crackers), Chic Gum, Saghe Talaie (sweet meal biscuits), etc. is not limited to any time or class.

During the expansion of Minoo Industrial Group, due to the increasing importance of health and health-oriented products, in accordance with society’s progress and sensitivity about using sugar (sucrose), manufacturing products with natural sugar (fructose fruit sugar) and sugar-free products was also listed in Minoo Industrial Group’s mission.

In this regard, “Minoo Fars Food Industries” was registered in 2016 with the aim of producing natural products derived from dates and began operating in 2019. Date liquid sugar, date syrup, date paste, sherbet with liquid date sugar base, date honey, date balsamic vinegar, date vinegar, date powder, tahini with date syrup, mulberry syrup and premium dates are the main products of our group.

The equipment used for manufacturing date products in our factory is modern and up-to-date. As a result, the products that are quite different that the options made in traditional workshops. “Minoo Fars Food Industries” products are natural with no additives. At the beginning of the 1390s SH, the production lines of snacks (cheese puffs) and popcorn began to operate, and these popular snacks were also added to the company’s product portfolio.

All the products produced in the factory are 100% hygienic, sterile and, if necessary, packed in aseptic packaging.

We also decide to improve our capabilities by creating and developing infrastructure and management systems in quality control departments. Employing modern and standards in producing and supplying health-oriented products to the market will be at the forefront of our activities.

Market development, improving customer orientation, innovation, developing social responsibilities of the organization (responsibility towards customers, employees, society, and shareholders), meritocracy and empowerment of employees through continuous training are also among the strategic criteria of the vision of our company, Minoo Fars Food Industries.
